Bigfoot sighting makes front page of Charleston Gazette

Apparently, Bigfoot was spotted in West Virginia (specifically Pocahontas County) recently.

The participants went on a four-day excursion along the Greenbrier River, and although they didn’t physically see a Bigfoot, they say they did see signs of the creature.

[Steve Willis, the expedition's leader] said two members of the expedition who “did not want their professional reputations tainted” for participating in a Bigfoot search found and made casts of tracks believed made by a Bigfoot female and juvenile.

“One track was 18 inches in length and the other was 13 inches long,” said Willis.

It turns out Bigfoot actually has a very dedicated community of followers who tirelessly search for the elusive signs of the mythical creature. In West Virginia alone, according to the Bigfoot Field Researcher’s Organization there have been 54 sightings since the 1990s. Washington takes the prize, however, with 429 sightings. There have been sightings all over the U.S…does this mean that there are multiple Bigfoots (Bigfeet?) wandering around?
